Places to begin.

A small exercise.

  1. Step 01

    Start with a real question

Choose one question someone would actually ask about a small product or service. Write a clear answer in a short paragraph.

  2. Step 02

    Choose useful forms

Turn that answer into a short checklist, a simple image, and a longer note. Let each version solve a slightly different problem.

  3. Step 03

    Keep claims modest

Check every promise, figure, and quotation against a source. Remove claims that you cannot support.

  4. Step 04

    Review the result

Keep the source, drafts, and exports together. Review whether each version helps the intended reader before publishing it.

Keep a copy.
