A Singapore archive session about making a website useful to a small business and planning basic digital communication. Treat the 2016 services, interfaces and platform examples as historical; use the exercise to clarify your audience, message, and next step.

Places to begin.

A small exercise.

  1. Step 01

    Name the reader

Choose a small, ordinary service or a product you know. Write one sentence describing who would use it and what question they have.

  2. Step 02

    Write a useful page

Draft a short introduction, three concrete benefits, and an honest next step. Remove claims that you cannot support.

  3. Step 03

    Choose a modest channel

Pick one suitable way to share the page. Plan a helpful note or image rather than repeating the same promotion everywhere.

  4. Step 04

    Review the result

Decide what would show that the page helped: a relevant enquiry, a completed task, or a clearer answer. Keep a dated note for your next review.
