A 2025 hands-on workshop on planning useful content before choosing a page design. The presenter builds a fictional fitness-coaching website with patterns, a contact form, styles and navigation. Its sample client, AI-generated demonstration assets and testimonials are explicitly fictional. Use your own accurate copy and genuine references for a real project.

Places to begin.

A small exercise.

  1. Step 01

    A real reader

Choose one ordinary service or personal project. Write who the page is for, what they need to know and what they can do next.

  2. Step 02

    A small content sheet

Draft a title, a short introduction, three useful details and a clear contact or next-step label. Use only claims and testimonials you can substantiate.

  3. Step 03

Fit the page to the content

Arrange the copy in a few simple sections. Add your own image only where it helps explain the offer; remove filler instead of inventing material.

  4. Step 04

    Review at phone width

Read the page from beginning to end on a narrow screen. Check the order, the heading sizes and whether the next step is easy to find.

Keep a copy.
